A key feature of our Service is that all file processing is performed entirely on the client-side, within your web browser. This means that your files are not uploaded to, or stored on, our servers at any point during the process.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, which may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to review these Terms for any changes.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results of using the Tools will be accurate or reliable. While our Word to PDF and Excel to PDF converters are designed to maintain formatting, we do not guarantee perfect fidelity for complex documents.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PDFsphere, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. As all file processing is done on the client-side, your files are not transferred to our servers. We encourage you to review our separate Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service and details our data handling practices.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PDFsphere, which may include our advertising partners. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

To support our free service, we may display advertisements from Google AdSense. By using our Service, you agree to comply with the Google AdSense Program Policies. You agree not to click on your own ads or use any means to inflate impressions and/or clicks artificially.
